Disappointing experience given CCK’s reputation. We’re generally respectful and professional. There were several times when I emailed or called and left questions that were never answered. Offered to assist with additional evidence, but was told they would contact me if anything was needed. Asked about an appeal to a decision from 2021. Was told that time for an appeal had expired even though I had been submitting evidence via “VA Quicksubmit” per BVA’s instructions during Feb - Sep 2023. CCK stated that the VA wasn’t required to submit evidence received via “Quicksubmit.” So, evidence I submitted wasn’t reviewed. None of the decisions were reviewed with me, even after I had submitted specific questions from my own review of the decision letters. Primary purpose of this review is to give other Veterans information to use when seeking representation.
Corporate run machine. They don’t see you as a veteran, they instead pick and choose who they help based on the almighty dollar. These “unplugged” firms have forgotten what they once set out to do... help veterans. I’m sure the partners that founded this firm would be embarrassed if they could see what its become. Lucas Maddox
They are for profit most people know, but if they cant get all the money they will not take your case.
Could not explain why they could not help a 100% disabled vet get their back pay. Zero information from this company and will make sure others do not come to them for whatever service they claim to do.
