Kelli Brown is an amazing estate attorney. Her knowledge, skill, and responsiveness saved me time, frustration, and expense. When the executor to my mother’s estate attempted to improperly sell my mother's home, Kelli explained the applicable law, skillfully responded to the executor’s attorney, and successfully represented me in court. Kelli and her team, paralegal Valerie Crowell, and assistant Lauren Mudd, were personable, proactive in looking after my interests, keeping me informed, and promptly addressing my questions.
Justin was recommended as one of the best. I’m a divorced dad of a little girl, and all I wanted was to spend more time with my daughter. While my ex threw everything she had at us, by Gods mercy and Justin’s experience, in the end I gained equal parenting time. I appreciated Justin’s expertise, professional demeanor, and guidance. While many times I would question the direction he was taking us, he would always ask me if I trusted him. Every time he proved himself right. I couldn’t have been more thankful to have his representation. While I can’t get into the details, I walked away achieving everything I asked for and dreamed of getting, whether parenting time, financial issues, or school related issues.
Kelli was able to help me with my mother's affairs who is on Medicaid. She was very energetic, pro-active, and knowledgeable in all aspects of what was needed for this process. I could not be more pleased in all areas she helped me with. I plan on contacting her soon, in order to do my will. I would definitely recommend her to anyone in need of an attorney.
I am pleased with the services provided by Goldberg Simpson LLC. They are efficient and take care of business quickly. However, you should ensure your finances are in order before you use this law firm as it is expensive. With that said, it was the best money I ever spent to get my divorce completed.
Beware - Nicole is Average at best. Details are not her area of expertise, almost everything she states is a hyperbole. Poor researcher as well. Keep looking because you can do better than this one. Very disappointing.
She can abe rude at times. Her paralegal is fantastic. I would rather deal with her than Ms. Brown
We hired Nicole, who worked on our grandparent visitation case for over a year. After navigating the legal processes concerning our very sensitive case involving a child, for over a year, we did not feel that we were being adequately represented and that she was not willing to prepare herself for or to argue our case on our behalf. We were afraid to hire other counsel out of fear that this would interrupt or negatively affect our case process. Our suspicions regarding her ability or willingness to be in our corner when necessary, were confirmed when the other party fired their counsel and Nicole admitted to us that she was close friends with the other parties attorney. Nevertheless, the outcome of our case was favorable to us but we did not feel that our lawyer was helpful in affecting the outcome. Had we not been willing to passionately argue our case ourselves in front of the judge and during two contentious mediations, we feel that we would have lost if we had relied on her.
I echo what a previous reviewer stated. Research and even handedness is not something Nicole excels at. Promoting mothers over fathers, check. She is a tireless advocate of that and undoing anything and everything the fathers right movement toward 50/50 has done. She will turn a blind eye toward anything anti-mother and overstate to the point of hyperbole anything negative about the father. She won't fact check anything the mother says. Basically, her biography says it all. "Massachusetts -- born and raised..." keep that blue state idiocy up there. I'd be happy to donate toward her moving cost.
If you are in need of a family attorney I would not use Goldberg Simpson. They are overpeople who appear to have finished bottom of their class. I have to believe that they are uneducated rather than believe they don't care and just want your money when it comes to children. They did absolutely nothing for me but agree with the other side and let me get walked on. I question them and they dropped my case. Within 3 weeks of them dropping my case my new attorney came to an agreement with the other side, made sure that phone call arrangements with my child were being followed. They weren't when this sorry excuse for a firm was representing me. The person representing me (I won't call her an attorney it would be an insult to real attorneys) was made aware of this on multiple occasions and did nothing. The best thing Goldberg Simpson did for me was drop the case. I have hope now and am on the road to getting my child back. FYI a complaint with the bar.
