Hired Attorney Mark Goodman

During the legal case investigation, Mark gave us the opinion that we should focus on contractual agreement between the two parties for our investment into a US company. He gave us a clear direction on how to win our case and it was a success. During the preparation, he had gathered a team of experts in order to prepare my team to handle the litigation. As we had no experience in this area his advice was key to the success of our court case.

In my opinion Mark Goodman is the best US coverage lawyer I have ever dealt with. He understands his client's needs and he is relentless in his defence of my company. He also has a special understanding of Canadian Insurers and the differences they have with their US counter parts.
