About Lisa J. Cappolella

Ms. Cappolella is a solo-practitioner and has been in practice for over 20 years and regularly practices in Montgomery, Chester and Berks Counties. She has been actively involved in the Montgomery Bar Association for many years.
Ms. Cappolella continues to provide pro bono services and has also volunteered as a Guardian Ad Litem for the Montgomery County Child Advocate Program. Ms. Cappolella received an award in 2008 from the Pennsylvania Bar Association for her Pro Bono work. She also received an award in 1996 from the Montgomery Bar Association for her Pro Bono work.
Ms. Cappolella is also very supportive of her community as well. She was a Board Member of Victim Services Center from 1999 through 2010 where she held various offices including President, Vice-President and Treasurer. She also served on the Board of Directors for the Kelly Anne Dolan Memorial Fund from 2002-2008 and she also volunteered for the United Way from 1995-2001.

I was originally introduced to Lisa when I was seeking a lawyer to help finalize a divorce agreement negotiated with my ex-wife via a mediator. We were required to have personal counsel review the agreement but the opposing attorney created many roadblocks to settlement which Lisa was able to successfully address for me. She was thorough and deliberate in her work, keeping me well advised throughout the process; her positive relationships and highly respected reputation within the court system were a substantial asset. i have since employed her for several business matters where her service was reasonably priced and timely. Recently, I had need for legal counsel outside of her general practice and primary expertise. Thinking of my needs first, she referred me to another lawyer who has been equally professional, thorough, responsive and compassionate. I have been well served in my years of working with Lisa.
