Communication could have been better at times -- sometimes Mr. Thompson was hard to reach, and didn't get back to me immediately, but he did. I sometimes had to call the law office for updates, as they weren't calling me. The letters sent on my behalf to the hospitals and medical offices about the lawsuit could have been worded a little better; some of them kept hounding me for payment after they got them. The law firm was fast at mailing me information and documents involving my case.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database.
