Been fighting the VA for outcome now. Spencer was very informative on the benefits that the VA provide, but I was never aware of them. outcome I could have gone to a local VA rep, but I not sure I would have gotten this result. Whatever the cost will be, I am happy with the cost, because I received the best outcome for me and my wife. Casey Walker and his staff are by far the best attorneys I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with (and my daughter is an attorney!) He was always responsive and more than once during our 7 year V A claim and appeal, he would return my calls after working hours or on the weekend. The representation I received from the VA Disability Group was just what I needed. I am very grateful they took my case and saw it through to the end. The VA is complicated, and in my opinion, unfair to deal with. I am glad I had a firm that has the knowledge and patience to know how to navigate though the delays and block anymore. Having any claim is long and drawn out. But having a good firm like this one, made it doable. I gave up so many times. I was so sick from it. I wouldn't have been able to win this case without them. They probably saved me from a heart attack. I wish I knew about them before my husband died of Agent Orange.

Mr Walker came highly recommended and he listened intently and worked hard on my case. He got right on things and he found many things that I'd missed. My disability was increased to 90%. To start off Attorney Spencer was outstanding thru the whole process. I was a bit skeptical at first of hiring an attorney to represent me. I had got myself all the way to 90% but couldn't get over the hump to get to 100%. As of now I have a different outlook on the situation thanks to Attorney Spencer. His knowledge and expertise about the VA process is first class. He kept me informed and up to date with all future dealings I was going to have with the VA.
