We had decided it was time to update our wills and powers of attorney. She suggested a telephone interview and we were able to give her all our details. She patiently explained our many options. She answered all of our questions in detail. She arranged for an additional attorney to join the call to discuss even more options. As the process started she kept us completely informed during each step. The actual signing of the documents was done in her office with very limited staff present. She was informative and knowledgeable. We knew we were in the best of care.
