Thank you. Not all cases require a trial to resolve. When a trial is necessary we do not shy away from the challenge. But when the stress, delays, and attorneys fees associated with a trial can be avoided, we make every effort to do so.

Hired Attorney Albert Joseph Tiseo Jr.

Outstanding litigator, extremely knowledgeable in condominium law litigation. Our condominium association hired Mr. Albert Tiseo, Jr. to represent our association in a serious case of defective construction. He and his staff worked diligently and aggressively in presenting our case. He kept board members informed as our case progressed, and it resulted in a successful outcome for our association. I would highly recommend Mr. Tiseo, Jr. for any condo association in need of an excellent litigator.

Hired Attorney Albert Joseph Tiseo Jr.

Boulder Pointe Condominium Association was being sued by Schindler Elevator Corporation. I am the president of the Condominium Association and myself and other board members interviewed Mr. Tiseo and decided to hire him to represent us in the suit. The lawsuit had been hanging around for 6 years and we couldn't get it settled using several other attorneys. Albert took the case and gave it his full attention, within 6 months he was able to negotiate a settlement that we felt was fair.

Thank you for posting. When I am hired, I work diligently to bring cases to a final conclusion that is acceptable for my clients. Sometimes that means negotiating a fair settlement, other times it requires a trial. I am always ready for either.

I have been in the corporate world for over 30 years and have worked with many attorneys. Albert Tiseo is the best construction attorney I have ever worked with. He is experienced and knowledgeable and doesn't waste your time or money. He is also a superior litigator. I recommend him highly.

My company manages several properties in the Charlotte County area. We have been using Mr. Tiseo and his firm for years. A good example of just how Mr. Tiseo works is he recently collected a six figure pay off for one of my clients regarding an ongoing matter that the client inherited from their developer. He was successful in this case due to his hard working mentality and dedication to his job. We will continue to use him and his firm in the future.
