Our team at All Injuries Law Firm includes experienced and caring legal professionals who work hard every day to bring successful resolutions for our clients in Southwest Florida, including Charlotte, Lee, and Sarasota Counties.

For more than 35 years, our personal injury law firm has represented those who have been seriously injured due to auto accidents, work accidents, slip and fall accidents, and cases of wrongful death. Our network of medical experts and providers attend to our clients and secure an evidentiary basis necessary to maximize the client's recovery.

Our research has shown that the majority of our clients are referred by prior clients and professionals who are familiar with our expertise in representing those who are injured.

I absolutely can't say enough good things about Attorney Brian Greenberg. From start to finish he was very professional, answered all of my questions in a timely manner, was compassionate about my situation, explained all of my options in full. They treated me with the utmost respect and had my best interest in mind through the whole process. His staff was excellent to deal with as well. Attny Greenberg took what could have been a very stressful situation and made it very easy. Highly recommend him for anyone needing a workers comp attorney.

When I came to the office of Attorney Greenberg, I was frustrated and upset by the way workers compensation insurance was handling my claim. I had a fracture and was denied surgery multiple times for months. When I hired Attorney Greenberg, he and is awesome paralegal team went to work. Attorney Greenberg recovered more lost wages I was owed. Explained to me in ways that a layman can understand, what he was doing and What I could do to help. He gave great advice, and when I was frustrated about my denials of surgery, he was a calming voice. We succeeded In our suit and the workers compensation paid for the surgery and the physical therapy. Attorney Greenberg and the paralegals made a strong advocate in me, for the work they do. 100% recommend.

I would recommend All Injuries to anyone, I wasn't sure what to expect as this was my first time using a lawyer. Everyone that I dealt with was extremely respectful caring and knowledgeable, and it was very easy to tell that they had my best interests at heart.
