Too expensive for services rendered.
Lawyers were unwilling and unable to complete tasks or phone prompt exact messages. Not recommended.
I have fulfilled all legal requirements regarding papers submitted, and both certifications as required by law. Within hours from the time I received the certificate for the required post petition instructional course, I forward it to the firm. My contact lawyer quit the firm, and the firm failed to inform me, failed to complete my file for court submittal and ignored my case completely. When I learned that the bankruptcy was awarded without discharge. With hard proofs the case was reopen.
Stay FAR AWAY from this firm if your trying to save your home and are under chapter 13. These people will make you lose your home ,They don't return phone calls or emails ever , the office is ran by very busy parralegals that continue to take on cases that they can not handle.. I am terribly disappointed in their service. I would not throw a bone to this firm if It was a begging crippled starving soul. I highly suggest that you hire a competent firm that will protect you and keep you informed
