At the law offices of Gordon & Partners, we represent the injured, not the powerful. Our firm is dedicated to representing and fighting for the rights of the injured.

The Law firm of Gordon & Partners was founded on the principle that people, as well as insurance companies and other large corporations, deserve quality legal representation.

The firm limits its practice to helping those who have personal injury or wrongful death claims against insurance companies,product manufacturers, or medical providers, persons who have suffered discrimination or other civil rights violations, and those who have lost money investing in the securities markets. Clients who have other types of legal problems are referred to lawyers with expertise in the appropriate legal specialties.

Because the firm only represents individuals, virtually all of its cases are handled on a contingent fee basis. Costs are additional, although in most cases the firm will advance the costs and is reimbursed out of the recovery.

First I would like to say that during the 6 years dealing with my case I went through 4 lawyers. Micheal Acker was the 4th lawyer and the one that had it for the least amount of time and the most success with my case. I can’t thank enough how he and his para legal Maura Soley were with me. Cannot say enough good things about this firm. I found them years ago when I was starting my VA disability claim process. They were honest and upfront about everything, they let me know every little detail, how long it might take, all the changes along the way. They were prompt when I had questions, and any little thing they let me know very quickly as to what was going on. My team was very professional and knowledgeable about the claims process and were wonderful to work with. I'd give them ten stars if I could and if I ever need another law firm I know exactly where I'm going.

Also, A was very consistent to make sure when I didn’t respond to them they called me and what happened was I was not receiving the emails. It was going in my spam.
