At the law offices of Gordon & Partners, we represent the injured, not the powerful. Our firm is dedicated to representing and fighting for the rights of the injured.

The Law firm of Gordon & Partners was founded on the principle that people, as well as insurance companies and other large corporations, deserve quality legal representation.

The firm limits its practice to helping those who have personal injury or wrongful death claims against insurance companies,product manufacturers, or medical providers, persons who have suffered discrimination or other civil rights violations, and those who have lost money investing in the securities markets. Clients who have other types of legal problems are referred to lawyers with expertise in the appropriate legal specialties.

Because the firm only represents individuals, virtually all of its cases are handled on a contingent fee basis. Costs are additional, although in most cases the firm will advance the costs and is reimbursed out of the recovery.

I was referred to Gordon’s and Partner by another Veteran who had experienced the same issue with his VA disability claim that I was experiencing. He shared Gordon’s and Partner information and I reached out for assistance. My case was reviewed and accepted. I received a call from Christian and the process began. The communication part was lacking, however if I had questions Kimberly was effective in answering my questions. The firm was able to provide the VA with the necessary documentation and information in the claim that the firm presented and achieved the goal which I had reached out to the firm to accomplish.
