What was a scary and tedious task to complete Carlene made easy. Filing for bankruptcy has to be one of the lowest points of my life BUT Carlene made me feel better about it. She let me know that this was worth pursuing and comforted me that all will be ok. She was quick to answer all my million emails and questions and never kept me waiting. She explained things i did not understand and to this day if i have any concern she is still quick to answer my emails and calls.
