We then look at their entire family situation and decide on a comprehensive plan that works for their family. Again, every family is different and I approach each case with that mindset.
My most frequent probate case is simple. Someone's loved one has passed and the survivor, whether it is a child, spouse, or sibling, needs help on what to do next. That is the basic inquiry, and we develop a way forward that is understandable and comfortable for the client in their time of grief.
