Hired Attorney Mr. Mervyn Braude

When it finally came to the point of getting a divorce, I utilized Mr. Braude. From A to Z he has been the best attorney I have ever worked with. Not that I have a lot of experience in working with lawyers. He has helped me with getting me legal custody, child support, and helped me at the most difficult time in my life. My kids and I owe you a big thanks! Anyone would be foolish not to use your services.

Hired Attorney Mr. Mervyn Braude

The entire process in looking for a lawyer can be a daunting task. For me, I was new to the whole process and was pretty intimidated and wet behind the ears. Fortunately, I was referred to Mervyn Braude. If winning your case is important, hiring Mr. Braude and Jaburg and Wilk is not an option. Mervyn has won every battle that we have brought in front of Maricopa County Superior Court Judges. Having his expertise, attention to detail and trial/litigation skills has given me so much peace of mind.

Hired Law Firm

Having to go to court is stressful and can be scary. Having someone hold your hand and deal with all the minutia is worth the investment. However, how do you know which firm to go with? Well, if you are reading this, I will tell you with out hesitation-pick Jaburg and Wilk. Their attorneys are the best. They are on the cutting edge with all the current laws, are sharks in trial, have the best support staff, and have integrity. Take it from me, they have won every motion we have filed! Use them.

Neal is very knowledgeable and will explain questions I may have very thoroughly. I am new to all the different laws in AZ and he is very happy to explain things to me. Neal always returns my calls even if he is on vacation.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.
