At Ciccarelli Law Offices, our Criminal Defense and Personal Injury Litigation practice serves clients throughout the state of Arizona and the greater Phoenix Metro area when they are seeking lawyers that are fighters; experienced, aggressive, compassionate and sensible. We are also convenient. Lee Ciccarelli believes that a law office isn't very helpful if they aren't available when you need them: we serve the greater Phoenix metro area including Phoenix, Chandler, Gilbert, Scottsdale and Tempe and have attorneys on call evenings and weekends.

Our attorneys bring a variety of backgrounds and experiences to the practice of law. Our law firm is made up of a team of dedicated trial lawyers who work for you when you need us most. Together we will do our utmost to build a strong case for you.

Our Practice

Our Personal Injury practice focuses on automobile, tractor trailer and motor vehicle accident injuries, workers compensation, premises liability, products liability and medical errors.

Our Criminal Defense practice includes a former Assistant District Attorney and focuses on DUI/DAI defense, criminal defense, drug crimes, alcohol crimes, sex crimes, violent crimes, domestic violence, traffic, juvenile charges, and college student crimes.

Our law firm practice was founded by Lee A. Ciccarelli in 2000 for the purpose of continuing his family's belief in providing service and devotion to the public. Since 1989, Lee Ciccarelli has been representing clients with compassion and tenacity.
