I was initially hopeful when he showed great interest upon learning my earnings as a Sales Associate and agreed to take on my case. However, that optimism quickly faded. I was unable to reach him for several weeks despite multiple attempts. When I finally contacted his office and referenced our last email exchange, he abruptly grabbed the phone from his assistant and spoke to me in an unprofessional and combative manner—contradicting what we had previously and clearly discussed. Overall, my experience was extremely disappointing. I found him to be unprofessional, unreliable, and unresponsive. I would not recommend his services.

Over promised results to convince me to utilize his services. Poor communication. Lost interest in my case as time progressed. Convinced me to settle for a small settlement.

Agree with all the other poor reviews of this guy. He is a totally comfortable abandoning clients once he realizes he may have to work. He only wants to get paid off your misery and take 40% for sending a letter. If he has to write more than a letter to get his 40% he will drop you are a client. He's unethical and should be disbarred. Total bottom feeder

I over heard somebody in the store how you were no help I see you have a history of selling us hopes and comfort .and taking our money It is so bad the judges has relieved you and offer you stay until another counsel. Take over . I believe GOD will gives and take away You caused me to have aneurysm in my head after hearing you were talking against me to my employer attorney and conflict of interest know the attorney . Mr.Lovitz you don’t have a conscious in time GOD will stop THOU SHAL NOT STEAL Every one needs to all come forward stop hiding behind reviews .

Do not hire this guy he is a complete crook NOT working in the clients best interest. He told me things not true in order to have me NOT revoke a settlement clearly not in my favor. did very little to nothing that I wanted. He literally did nothing in my favor the entire time and i completely lost trust in him. felt he was working for the other side and his actions proved it. I filed a complaint against him with the Bar Association in order to have him disbarred and prevent him from doing what he did to me to anyone else. , that's how bad of an experience I had with him. DO NOT hire this guy as he completely left me in a worse place.

Do yourself a favor do not use this guy he is a crook, dishonest and will work with the agency against you. In fact he will take payment from you but he will be working with the agency. He CANNOT be trusted. He won the case for the agency not for me the plaintiff. He gave the worst legal advice, in fact he solely work the situation to the agency advantage. I was robbed without a weapon. Record all conversations with him. Better yet steer clear of him.
