Before opening my private practice in 1987, I was a former deputy attorney general in Pennsylvania and prosecutor in Atlantic County, New Jersey. I work as a commercial truck driver. I made a mistake and received a traffic citation. I hired David Jay Glassman to represent me. He came to court with me and had the citation amended. By doing so, he saved me a considerable amount of money and helped me to maintain a successful career in the transportation industry. I would recommend him to anyone. straight to the point, no non-sense and very professional is how I would describe Mr. Glassman. From my first talk with him to weeks after the closing, we were always well informed as he thoroughly explained every step of the criminal court proceedings which can be very complicated not to mention overwhelming for someone who has never been in court. Aggravated assault charge dismissed and simple assault charge found non guilty, will always remember that he was my hero and kept me out of jail.

I was charged in Philadelphia with Aggravated Assault & Endangering the Welfare of my child. Having never been charged with a crime I was referred by my brother to Mr. Glassman. He arranged to meet me after work and explained to me the process and how he would defend me. Mr Glassman brought the evidence to the DA, meet repeatedly with them and fought hard to have the charges DISMISSED. He is a very tough criminal lawyer and defended me every step of the way I was fortunate to have him by my side
