Can I sue a fast food for large chucks of Teflon being on my meal?

James Peirce Kelaher
Answered by attorney James Peirce Kelaher (Unclaimed Profile)
Personal Injury lawyer at Kelaher Law Offices, P.A.
Sure you can, but if you didn't incur any medical bills, and cannot prove any damages other than it hurt when you swallowed, it's not worth the time to make the claim. If you approach the manager of the fast food restaurant, I'll bet they'll at least offer you a bunch of food gift certificates to their restaurant.

Is it legal for a teacher to deny a student the use of a restroom during class?

Might be interesting to know whether this is really a test of wills or serious. Might be interesting to have the teachers point of view since it is likely to be greatly different than this one.

You can try, but unless you can prove they did it intentionally, I doubt you will win. You would be better off moving on.
