About Sheldon W. Boyce, Jr.

Sheldon W. Boyce joined Brenna Boyce PLLC in 2007, bringing with him a distinguished legal background. A graduate with honors from Albany Law School, Mr. Boyce was a member of both the Law Review and the Justinian Honor Society. He served as a confidential law assistant to the justices of the Supreme Court, Appellate Division in Albany, before his appointment as Assistant District Attorney for Monroe County, where he worked in the Special Investigations Bureau. In private practice, Mr. Boyce chaired the Personal Injury Practice Group at Chamberlain D’Amanda and has frequently lectured on trial practice at bar association seminars. Mr. Boyce resides in Mendon, where he also serves as town attorney. His professional excellence is recognized by Best Lawyers in America, Super Lawyers (2007–2021), and top ratings from AVVO and Martindale-Hubbell. Mr. Boyce is actively involved in the legal community, holding leadership positions with the New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers, the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and Institute, and the Genesee Valley Trial Lawyers Association.

Hired Attorney

I drove an hour and a half each way to see Mr. Boyce. I walked in, he said "nice to meet you, but you need to reaplly for your permit on your own". 5 Minutes later my card was charged for $500.00. I decided to not get my permit so I asked for retainer back because I wont be needing his services. I spoke to Mr. Boyce and unfortunately the consultation fee is non-refundable. What a terrible way to do business!
