Hired Attorney Stephen Scott Stone

He's been on my case for a year. I've unsuccessfully been able to communicate with him or the paralegal I'm completely frustrated. I was told by the paralegal 3 weeks ago on a Friday that she would talk to Scott and get back to me Monday. Well in 2 days it will be 4 weeks since I've heard from them . Last conversation we had she told me that the adjuster had passed the deadline and was gonna talk to Mr.Stone about what he wanted to do next and get back to me that was a month ago. I've left messages for both of them on their voice mail with no return call.

Hired Attorney Ms. Suzanne Whibbs

I would NOT use Suzanne for anything. She withheld pertinent information about my medical history that I asked her to submit into evidence for me. By withholding these medical records she caused my Doctor of 23 years to be 100% discredited due to lack of medical evidence. She didn't prep me for the hearings, was instructed by the Judge to get certain years of records and neglected to do so. She lost my case due to it and then informed me that she wasn't QUALIFIED to help with Appeals. She FAILED

Hired Attorney Stephen Scott Stone

I had a slip and fall with a broken bone that required extensive and very painful surgery. I completed a form online a few months before the statute of limitations for the fall was reached. I got responses from several attorneys but chose Scott Stone. He was very enthused in the beginning. It was clearly a case of negligence. I don't know whether a deadline was missed or what happened. He didn't offer an explanation just told me I wouldn't be receiving as big a settlement as originally anticip
