Att. Everyone! My Name is Billy Bracken. I hired Justin Lusko and Handly Sanders and his wife Michelle Sanders to handle my case. The worse thing is could have done was let them handle my case. I didn’t get the compensation that I was owed. Half the time I couldn’t get in contact with them. They were slow to respond. They over charged me and on top of that. They took more fees out than we originally agreed upon. They got a lot of money out of me and I ended up with almost nothing. This Law Firm is the worst. Save yourself some time and money and go somewhere else.
Michael Bixby is a garbage lawyer who falsely names innocent individuals in his frivolous lawsuits even if he knows they just worked in the building of the financial advisor he was suing. Even after contacting him directly to explain that I had absolutely nothing to do with his client whatsoever he still didn't remove me from his frivolous lawsuit that he LOST for his client. Almost 3 years later and today is the day that I finally get to clear my name from the actions of this hack of a lawyer and have my record expunged! Bixby is simply the reason why people hate lawyers!
I filed a Product Liability Claim on behalf of my mother for the injuries she sustained while taking the product Benicar. I initially filed the lawsuit on September 14, 2014 with Saiontz&Kirk. On October 9, 2014, my mother's case was passed to the Levin & associates. After holding my mother's claim for over 16 months, I was informed on Feb 10, 2016 that the law firm will not be able to assist with my mother's Benicar claim. They held it very close to the Statue of Limitations.
Horrible service and very expensive.
