I spoke with a lot of bankruptcy attorneys, and the one thing that really sticks out here is value for the money. While it costs somewhere in the ballpark of other attorneys for bankruptcies, the difference is that James has decades of experience and really seems to know just about everything, no matter how obscure. The office is very professional and pleasant, and the staff actually seems to take your call (unlike some other firms I've worked with). Overall an excellent experience.

Going through bankruptcy is a painful and disheartening process. He also remained flexible to allow us to perform the key leg work and then 'Lawyer-ize' as necessary.
Very responsive when you need guidance and answers in the same day. Understands the issues and is very straight forward about pros/cons of various tradeoff decisions.
