Robert B. Kornitzer is a crook. He is disgusting. He only cares about money. He will keep the conflict going and even use insults and unprofessional tactics and language to add to the parties misery so he can get as much money as he can. I would never recommend him and I would advise if you want to have an amicable situation especially if in the end you have to co-parent stay away from this attorney. He will only hurt your family and destroy any chance of an amicable co-parenting situation. He is pure trash and should be disbarred.

This lawyer screwed my dad over. He has zero integrity and only cares about his money. His secretary is RUDE! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS CROOK! Doesn’t even accept a call to discuss anything. Horrible human being. Now I have to Spend more money to get another prenup. This guy should lose his license.

Robert "represented" me in my divorce- I put that in quotes because by the end of the process I realized that he actually only represented his own interests. He depleted my assets while accomplishing very few of my goals. His legal strategy was effective at maximizing his fees- unfortunately for me, it resulted in a crushing financial and strategic loss for me. I had hired Robert (Bob) Kornitzer to represent me in my divorce. What was a simple matter of tying up loose ends turned in to a 100% needless inferno of litigation which only served his interests and not mine or my family's. Further, It was my sincere experience that Robert Kornitzer is neither professionally competent, ethical nor a decent human being. It is foremost his nature as an indecent human being that guides me to emphatically warn you that your interests will be well served by going elsewhere.

You will be not be well served by this man or his firm. Your interests and Mr. Kornitzer's interests are not aligned. Mr. Kornitzer will willfully deplete you of all your assets and cause irreparable damage to you and those closest to you. This is about character and Mr. Kornitzer's perverted self interests. Mr Kornitzer will exploit this already confusing challenging time in your life. You will be deceived, and substantially harmed by his representation. Run, don't walk in a different direction. This genuine and sincere advice to be taken very seriously.
