He quoted me a price of $250 for the service of adding my name to a deed.
He required a retainer of $1000 and he used it all.
There was another $1000 I had to pay to Palm Beach County, but I was not warned in advance.
Called earlier this morning and the receptionist refused to help me stating that I had a strong accent and quickly dumped me. Discrimination is unacceptable. I will not use this firm or recommend this firm to others
this place is a joke.. I contacted them for a very simple business deal gone bad where I lost $15,000. I had all the proof in the world and it seemed like a simple case... first the filed the lawsuit wrong, then they wanted me to pay them to fix their mistake & then they purposely over charged me. it is very easy to see they take advantage of people by not telling them the whole truth and overcharging them...if you like being taken advantage of then this is the place for you
This Firm Is Garbage!!! It's firms like this that give Attorney's a BAD Name!!! I am very disgusted with their practices. I used them in 2011 for a chapter 13 bankruptcy. I am now getting served with papers from the Superior Court of NJ (2014) in regards to the same property that was discharged through Paul J. Burkhart. I called them to follow up and get some answers about my risks and what not. The paralegal told me I would be charged $150 per half hour, after I already paid $2500 #shadylawyer
