She is terrible, she lied and tricked me along with her paralegals, she refused to identify herself to try to avoid a bar complaint which I was able to find her info with the state bar. I would never ever recommend her
Ms Dorsey took my work comp case, she help me get my benefits after that I had mediation due to money that was owed and her getting paid her 5k. Great they owed me 1,000 but I never received it. After that i later had my benefits stop due to mis representation. I tried find out when is my appeal she never emailed me back even 2 months later so had to call another firm to get help on my date of appeal. That being said I hired another lawyer whitch he helped me reinstate and settle my case. Now Dorsey is asking for more money… I will be filing to the bar against her….
I was referred to this lawyer who explained I should dismiss my present lawyer for lack of experience as well as production. He never called me to discuss case other then the day of mediation after I contacted him several times. Was useless during and after mediation. I was not allowed to reschedule mediation although Covid positive and 106 temp. This office is a complete group of unprofessional and unimpressive performance. Do not hire this form if you are hurt and need help. This firm dropped the ball and should be penalized. Just because they passed the bar evidently doesn’t mean anything. Cheater.
The lawyer did not investigate the extent of my injuries and actually stated my injury inaccurately in a phone meeting prior to a deposition. He was unresponsive, inconsiderate and unprepared. He never communicated a plan of action. As my first time seeking legal assistance, this was anything but assistance.
