At the law offices of Gordon & Partners, we represent the injured, not the powerful. Our firm is dedicated to representing and fighting for the rights of the injured.

The Law firm of Gordon & Partners was founded on the principle that people, as well as insurance companies and other large corporations, deserve quality legal representation.

The firm limits its practice to helping those who have personal injury or wrongful death claims against insurance companies,product manufacturers, or medical providers, persons who have suffered discrimination or other civil rights violations, and those who have lost money investing in the securities markets. Clients who have other types of legal problems are referred to lawyers with expertise in the appropriate legal specialties.

Because the firm only represents individuals, virtually all of its cases are handled on a contingent fee basis. Costs are additional, although in most cases the firm will advance the costs and is reimbursed out of the recovery.

My most capable lawyer and his fantastic assistants were always a phone call, email or text away if I had any questions. They thoroughly and compassionately explained the process and timeline of the case. I really just sat back, recuperated and let the lawyer steer the ship. They were kind, and, showed alot of compassion When I needed to ask questions I would call and talk to someone about my case. If I needed to talk with my lawyer they would let me know, and he'd return my phone call asap
