Thomas F. McGraw III

Tom McGraw was one of the opposing council's attorneys. He enthusiastically gladhanded everyone at the courthouse. He tried and failed to talk sense into his client because his client was unreasonable. He was not onboard with his client's lawsuit. He was dead weight because he misjudged his client and could not control his client. After admitting that he was in way over his head to my attorneys, he revealed that all he had to do was just show up so it was easy money. As opposition council, his communication with my attorneys was excellent and he was a great value to our defense. I highly recommend Tom McGraw as opposition council!

Mr. McGraw does an excellent job. He is straight to the point and gets the job done! I have referred him to several friends, family, and I have had him represent me a few times. I’ve never had one person come back and say anything negative. I’ve dealt with him for over 25 years. Point blank.. if you have a valid reason to involve his assistance, he will get the job done!

I have known Tom, and used him on several occasions for over 20 years for both myself and family. He has always been effective in court, and in the office. Another reviewer said he can be curt. Stop and think about this. Some attorneys might have you spill your guts and have the meter running at big $$$ per hour. Tom cuts you off when he has heard all he needs to hear. Which can save you time and money.

Simply the best! Tom saved my dumb a@% on a couple occasions when I was young and dumb. At the time, I thought he was arrogant and rude, but in the end he was AMAZING at his job because of that very mentality. Tom is knowledgeable (above all), fierce and creative. I highly recommend him if you are in need of legal counsel.

He comes across arrogant and condescending. Rather curt if not rude. But he gets the job done in a favorable manner so you just take it on the chin.

I have never been so insulted by another human being like this unprofessional windbag. i feel He should be disbarred and the world would be a lot better if he wasn't part of it. This so called snake attorney should take all of the blood money he has made and crawl back into whatever hole he crawled out of. It takes a real big man to talk down to a female who came to him for help. If I could give him zero stars I would. Finally I'd like to say DO NOT LET THIS COWARD STEAL YOUR MONEY AND SERVE YOU UP FOR ONE OF HIS MORE WEALTHY CLIENTS.
