Prior to law school, Jason J. Fletes worked as a police officer, and after law school he moved on to become a prosecutor with the County Attorney’s Office for Franklin County, Kansas. Because of that background, Jason has experience handling both felony and misdemeanor matters as well as routine municipal court matters, including DUI, driver’s license issues, and traffic tickets. His practice areas are diverse; in addition to an active criminal defense practice, Jason devotes a substantial amount of his practice to family law matters, including complex divorce, property divisions, child custody, paternity, child support cases, guardianships and adoptions.
