Kyle spends time gathering your “wishes” and then explains how to craft a plan to meet those needs and offers explanations to assure you understand what you are getting accomplished with your estate plan (pros and cons). be prepared to spend time up front with Kyle in discussions and then implementing your plan that he generates for you!

I went into this having but a shadow of an idea of what I wanted done to take care of the needs of a child on the spectrum, balanced with care of my other child. Kyle painstakingly explained the options, leaving the final choices to me. He also educated me about all the other elements that should be included, covering topics that I had never considered. At the end of the lengthy process, I left with a comprehensive plan and a genuine sense of security.

My new wife and I had an excellent experience with Kyle and Gretchen preparing our estate plans. Communication was easy. They were very responsive to all of our emails and questions. Kyle helped explain the options for our estate plan and we never felt rushed. They were great to work with, flexible, and accommodating. The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
