Mr. Fenton Is an excellent attorney who has great communications with his clients (not through assistants, but Mr. Fenton handles his cases directly!) I never needed to call in to check on progress as Mr. Fenton did this and never needed to be prompted. Mr. Fenton from the start explained the range of a settlement that could be arranged and although I thought the case was worth more then the quoted range, his range was spot on! in the final settlement it was actually more than I expected. I would highly recommend Mr. Fenton for any type of employment law case as he is very experienced and a more then able that negotiate the best settlement possible. 1 final item, Mr. Fenton is for the employee not the employer and my case involved a professional sports team, Mr. Fenton was not intimidated and went at this case with full steam!

Wenzel Fenton and Cabassa tops all of them when it comes to exceptional communication and reliability. What I loved the most during my experience was their honesty, expertise, and integrity. The attorneys will listen carefully to the details of your case and ask you questions that are important. The attorneys here do not mislead you or waste your time. It may take a couple of phone consultations for the attorneys to determine if you have a solid case or not, but at the end you can trust their opinion. They work on contingency, which is great. This means if the firm determines your case has merits legally in court after care
