I was badly injured in a motorcycle accident and looking for legal counsel I found The Pendas Law Firm after speaking with relatives and getting multiple opinions. I found Luzardo very easy to talk
to and I felt confident in his answers to my never ending questions. I knew after
our first meeting that his firm would be the best to handle the mishap. My lawyer was very knowledgeable and confident and was able to assist me in every aspect during this very difficult time.

Hired Attorney Albert Lara

Albert took my case even though it was challenging and small. In short, he won for me 8 times what I was offered before retaining an attorney. Albert was kind, caring, professional, tenacious, and unwilling to give up on my case. If I have a need for a personal injury attorney again, he'll be the one I call.

Lamentablemente llame y no tomo el caso de negligencia medica ..parece que hay que perder una parte del cuerpo o quedar ciego total para que te ayuden ..daños causados por incopententes medicos no quizo tomar el caso ...van solo casos faciles de ganar.. Un doctor no me dio el tratamiento adecuado a tiempo y me causo daño cerebral .

No recomiendo la firma, porque segun mi experiencia, trabajaron para su propio beneficio y NO el mio como su cliente. Cierta amabilidad, pero manejo dudoso e impreciso del caso. Me sugirieron aceptar un acuerdo totalmente diferente (mucho menor en dinero) al de la demanda, despues de conversar la posibilidad de llevar mi caso a la corte, por los resultados de mi accidente...Ante tal confusion, preferi terminar y cerrar el caso. Lo que aca declaro, se lo manifeste a ellos !
