Hornsby was perfectly satisfactory in handling my first offense DUI case. He gave sound advice (including to enter Pretrial Diversion), took care of all legal details, was quickly available in-person or via email, and charges intermediate prices. I only met with him once, never had to go to court myself, and he even got rid of the speeding ticket involved!

Didn't properly know the laws pertaining to my case. Grossly misinformed me on several fronts about my rights. Denied my constitutional right to due process. Lied to me and my brother on numerous occasions. Didn't return phone calls from my brother. Wouldn't accept calls from me in jail. Very ineffective in communicating with me. Unprepared in the court room. Didn't perform said investigations he said he would do when I 1st hired him. refused to provide me with all depositions taken.
