I would not recommend this law firm to anyone accused of a DUI. They make all sorts of claims and promises before you sign up that they are fighters, they are aggressive, they have “in’s” with the states attorney office, this is their “life’s work”, but then refuse to continue to fight for you. I was flat out told unless I wanted to go to trial they would not even attempt to negotiate my case anymore and I either take an unreasonable plea deal or not. This to me is considered a loss and not something that a good lawyer should succumb to. I am paying them to fight for me not just be a paper pusher and as such I do not feel that this firm wants to do the work nor cares about the future of their clients. Not only was I argued with and made to feel as if I was wrong but upon submitting my concerns and dissatisfaction to the owner and firm, had my emails ignored, thus leading me to file public reviews. Find another firm no matter how many initial feel good claims they make.
