Hired Attorney James D. Phillips Jr.

I retained James D. Phillips in July of 2012, i was very pleased with his service.
I felt very comfortable with him from day one he made me feel like i was his only client. He was always quick to respond when i called with questions and always stayed in touch to let me know what to expect along the way.
In September 2012 Mr Phillips represented me in court and my charges and arrested were thrown out!! I will always recommend James Phillips to anyone needing legal representation in the future.

Hired Attorney James D. Phillips Jr.

Paid James D. Phillips, Jr. thousands, never heard from again until half hour before my court date where he didn't even show up, his partner did. No communication, zero representation from beginning to end even now refuses to call. I'm a Vietnam veteran, he took my money and that was it. Period.

Hired Law Firm

Terrible service, they ripped me off for 2k. Never return calls, they lost my papaerwork with all my personal info, s.s number, everything. Do not invest your money with these crooks.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
