I totaled my car when run off the road by a phantom vehicle. I was first unaware of internal injuries, but injuries became apparent so I sought treatment. Insurance worked with me initially but then questioned everything. Mr. Cunningham was very understanding and candid about the level of difficulty my case presented, but also the chance it had for success. He made sure I stayed well-informed. He and his staff were professional and compassionate. I am very satisfied with the settlement!

Mr. Cunningham was a very friendly, helpful, and attentive lawyer. Any questions or concerns I had were answered with the greatest of speed, usually the same day. I was hurt at Universal Studios while I was on vacation. I live in Illinois and had to find a lawyer in Florida. I was very fortunate to find this wonderful man online ! His staff is great too !
I was very happy with his service and my settlement ! I would recommend Mr. Cunningham to anyone in Fla. or out of state !

I was involved in a motor vehicle accident where the other driver ran a red light and my car was a total loss. I work at the Walt Disney World Claims Department and asked our attorneys if they could refer me to a personal injury attorney. Motorcycle accident, other party at fault. Two days in the hospital with surgery.
James did an unbelievable job. My insurance company even claimed I had no coverage. I was expecting a long drawn out battle and worried medical bills. James obtained the maximum in a few months, far less time than expected. Those I've talked to about the details were amazed. Very pleased.
