Dan Newlin group represented me in an automobile accident. The case took longer than I expected, but that was mainly due to delays by the opposing counsel. Paige Staudenmaier was my appointed Attorney during mediation. I appreciate how she advocated for me and explained the process throughout the session. Overall, I'm pleased with the results.
The lawyer makes promises he can't deliver on.
I do not feel my attorney has worked very hard on my behalf. I've had minimal contact with her (although she does respond fairly quickly when I try to contact her) and she has not produced the results I expected
we are still under mr newlin now and for the the money he is paid you would think you would have more contact with him. if we had it to do all over again we would stick to a smaller firm.
He didn't try very hard and basically gave up on the case before it went anywhere.
I had a case and chose Newlin for my injury attorney it was the worst thing I ever could have done the attorney gave me the impression that she was working with the insurance company and not for me I was told that that we were definitely going to court but in the end we didn't and I feel like no one listen to what I wanted I hate I even when there for help cause I the end I feel like I got the shaft...
Yo tuve un accidente dnd una mujer borracha me chocó en una luz roja que estaba detenida. Fui recomendada por el abogado a ir a unos especialistas para que me atendieran, estuve un año completo en los especialistas un año que el abogado Antonio bayon estuvo engañándome diciéndome que estaba haciendo en mi caso y no hiso nada al mes de mi accidente chequeo dnd estaba mi carro y lo habían sacado de la yarda para venderlo en subasta por que nunca la aseguradora fue avisada por el abogado para que fuera a verlo. El abogado Antonio Bayon supo q venderían mi carro porque Yo le dije q estaba en una subasta para ser vendido al día siguiente , entonces el corrió para q la aseguradora diera mi carro en perdida a base de fotos que Yo misma tire en el accidente. Nunca se movió para ayudarme ni siquiera para hacer algo en mi caso. Yo tuve q hacer todas las gestiones para que mi caso progresara y luego pedí me cambiaran de abogado ya que el abogado BAYON ES UN MEDIOCRE Y UN FALTA DE RESPETO.
The guy is in it for the money just like them all. He tells you his fee is 30% unless he files for a court date, then it goes up to 40% or almost half the money he gets you. Then within two days will file for a court date so he can get that 40%. That extra 10% of a 900 thousand dollar case is 90 thousand dollars to him. Knowing full well 94 percent of accident case’s end up settling out of court. God help you if you have a brain injury from the accident, he appoints a friend of his to watch over your money who doesn’t do that. I wouldn’t recommend this guy to anyone.
