I don’t know how David Tous sleeps at night. I have cause for legal malpractice here, and verifiable grounds for filing complaints with the bar association. He is NOT a workers comp specialist as he claims (check with the bar association website) After speaking with other clients of his, we’ve had the same experience, non action, RFA’s go ignored, calls not returned and complete incompetence. There is no accountability with him, just excuses. He and his office manager to placate you and do ZIP.

I don't feel I was represented very well. Not very good communication. Kent Donnelly had the audacity to say, if we get you a good doctor and fix your injury, you want get as much of a settlement. I wanted to get fixed, I want to be better.
When it came time for the settlement hearing, I didn't feel represented at all. Poor communication and very little follow through.
David Tous never explained to me and I would call and email him regarding discrepancies on doctors reports.

Horrible service,never return call.No responsible, do not work hard to protect the best benefit for clients. I never recommend whoever to have this law firm to take the case.
