I was assigned this firm for a will update via my company's legal assistance benefit and had no prior experience or background with the firm. I was very pleasantly surprised and pleased with the service that Mr. Sermons personally provided. He initially spent considerable time with me on the phone and on the day of the signing he shuffled his calendar around to accommodate an extended discussion with my wife and I.
