Mallory cares about her clients! She will fight for you like no one else will. She is so smart and quick witted. She thoroughly prepares for your case and has a team of experts readily available to assist. She knows her stuff. I hired her to help defend my brother. He was looking at a long prison sentence. However, she fought long and hard and he ended up with probation. She got his charges dropped down from a first-degree felony to a simple misdemeanor. She literally saved his life! I can’t say enough good things about Mallory. She was always responsive and kept us up to date on all things related to his case.

Ms. Hughes provided valuable consultation, advice, guidance and support. The only reason "won my case" was not marked was because we did not actually go to a trial and I was not directly charged with anything. She guided me through a very difficult conflict and accusation time in my life that challenged my reputation and wellbeing. Her responsiveness and attention to the criticality and misinterpretation of the circumstances and constant support were invaluable. Ms. Hughes' attention to detail and knowledge of the law is extensive and impressive. She was always one step ahead of what's needed and enabled me to fight and defeat very distressing unfounded accusations and help me through this very difficult time. She is credit to her profession.

If I ever need an attorney, Mallory is the first person that comes to mind. Mallory is an amazing attorney who is dedicated, eager to help, and does an excellent job communicating with you throughout the whole process. She was able to get my charges dismissed, and a set aside conviction for another. I would recommend her without a doubt to anyone seeking an attorney.

Mallory was very helpful and did an excellent job handling my high profile case in Nebraska regarding charges against me for CBD sales. I was facing up to 60 years in prison and she helped me through getting charges dismissed 4 times as they were refiled over and over. Finally, she did an excellent job of explaining everything to the Supreme Court judges where it was dismissed for the 4th and final time. Quick and knowledgeable responses to all of my questions throughout. Highly recommend her to represent anyone facing charges.
