Mallory knows her stuff! Her proficiency is superb. Her advice and counsel were "right on." Her communicative skills are excellent; she spoke in layman terms. This was most helpful for one who does not understand legalese. She is speedy. Things moved along very quickly, and I was comforted in a timely fashion.. She put my mind at ease. Her efficacy speaks for itself; she won my case!

Ms. Hughes was a LIFESAVER for me! I was facing life shattering charges and she worked VERY hard from the get go to get my charge reduced from a felony to a misdemeanor! So that is a WIN for me! She kept in constant contact with me, let me know every step of the way what was going on, worked hard to advocate on my behalf and explained everything very well for me. I'm really happy I was able to hire her to defend me instead of using a public defender in the end. I'm VERY pleased with her and I know who to contact if I ever need an attorney again, which I'm hoping will NEVER happen! Thank you Ms. Hughes for EVERYTHING you did and getting me my life back! You're an amazing attorney and the criminal defense field is very fortunate to have you to help defend your clients!

After receiving consultations with two other lawyers and a recommendation from a district judge I met with Mallory, and was happy I did. If you are in need of a defense attorney its best to use someone who specializes in the situation you find yourself in, and in the case of my situation and Mallory’s speciality it was clear she was a perfect fit from the get go. Not only is Mallory knowledgable, experienced and good at her job, but she is a woman, I know in most professions that may not make a difference to ones value, but in the case of sex crimes where typically a man is asked to defend himself against a woman (and ecspecially in todays environment a younger women) he may have previously had a relationship with its to your benefit to not only have a lawyer with a winning record, and who which specializes in sex crimes, but also someone who can garner relatability and understanding from a jury in a way say a man cannot, and it may be just my opinion but I believe it only helped.

Mallory Hughes is undeniably the best! Mallory is straightforward, compassionate, knowledgeable, and the person you need representing you if you have been charged with a sex crime. When I first met Mallory, she told me that no one would work harder on my case than she would. Already having hired other representation that I was not happy with, Mallory joined the fight. Time and time again, Mallory proved that she was the hardest worker in the room! Mallory took my case, and from the very start, she made it feel as though she was talking my case personally. I was facing 50+ years in prison in two different cases. Mallory was able to win one case by jury trial, and settle for a simple misdemeanor with the sentence of a monetary fine in the second case. During all stages of my cases, Mallory was a beast. She constantly made the prosecution, witnesses, and the experts against me look silly. Mallory has the contacts, the drive, the desire, and the proven record that you need!

We recommend Mallory Hughes without hesitation. Even with her busy practice, she made herself available immediately and was always a passionate advocate for us. We fully understood the legal jeopardy the situation had put our son in, and how best to respond. Her experience in the area of criminal defense was evident in the way she built the case, questioned the accuser and communicated with the other attorneys. Ultimately, the case was not charged!

Some people were born with a passion. That is lawyer Ms. Mallory Hughes she comes out the gate ready to defend you and to get the facts! there is not a more adequate lawyer on the planet. She was able to maintain my sons innocence! His case was able to get dismissed and not go to trial. Which would’ve been very hard on our family. Even from the first time I called her with tears in my eyes, she calmed me down as a mama, and made it plan of action to get right to work. Phenomenal!
