Key facts: highly recommend. Amazing communication. Honest expectations(even when tough). Emotional support/empathy absolutely provided. Legal Results great. I hired them for a difficult Federal Criminal case. Looking at 13-15yrs. Got 8.5yrs. Supervised release was favorable as well. BUT the key was their compassion, communication, and empathy shown to me and my entire family. I had NO idea before hiring a lawyer that it would be so vital. It turned out that it was almost more important than the case results. You NEED someone that can have compassion, humility, and empathy. I felt it when I first met them. They did NOT sugar coat as well. Hard facts with compassion which is an art. They did that. Their staff were amazing too. Eric and Broderick. Please consider them not only for results, but your mental support they will provide during a VERY difficult criminal proceeding.

Mallory is the best criminal defense attorney in the state of Nebraska, and is surely growing that reputation to include the country as well. I was facing false allegations which carried 50 years. I was arrested one random morning and my family contacted her, to which she responded immediately, while at an airport in Mexico. Mallory streamlined every step of the criminal case concisely, precisely, and communicated effectively what the next steps were. Once the rubber met the road with pre-trial hearings, I was able to witness the most fervernt and detailed display of zealous advocacy.
