Kellogg & Palzer, P.C. was formed in 1998, when Jeffrey T. Palzer joined attorney John H. Kellogg, Jr., as partner. Julia Kay Palzer joined the firm as an Associate attorney in 2015, and is now Managing Partner. John Kellogg retired in 2020.

Hired Attorney Jeffrey T. Palzer

I have used Jeff on several occasions and have referred many clients to him. I have had great results and am quite satisfied, as are all the clients I have referred to him. He does an exceptional job of communicating with his clients and explaining the law in terms the layman can understand. I have referred young and old to him and people in all different strata of incomes and education. Again, all were very pleased with the work he has done. I will continue to use him as a resource.

Hired Attorney Jeffrey T. Palzer

When application was made to the Secretary of State to secure the name of my S-Corp the state initially rejected my request. Jeff corresponded with the Secretary and was able to obtain permission for me to use the business name that I really wanted. Without his help my company would have a different name. I appreciated his extra effort and research to help make my case strong for granting Advanced Business Solutions as my business name.

Hired Attorney John H. Kellogg Jr.

I called several law firms regard price ranges before I met with Mr. Kellogg. The price he quoted me was $2,000 lower than what I ended up paying. When I asked Mr. Kellogg about this he denied that he ever gave me a lower price quote.
