Hauptman, O'Brien, Wolf & Lathrop, P.C. is a law firm established in 1978 with an office in Omaha, NE. At this office location, there are 9 lawyers practicing personal injury, car accident, truck accident and 14 other areas of law.
The firm represented me in a workers comp claim. After meeting with a principal of this firm I hired them. Five witnesses but none were ever contacted. Firm lost the case and I had to declare bankruptcy as a result of their dishonesty.
She did not follow through or complete work that she said she was going to do. She did not make herself available for appointments. She did not want to communicate until all medical treatment was completed. She had zero personality.
Dont understand how they get any good reviews hired them 2018 for an accident i was rear ended. They gave me timothy elliot. Long story short he would tell me he would get back to me in two weeks. He said this for months and months never got back to i had get back to him and explain everything then he would say 2weeks, two weeks two weeks. Finally called me one day and said he had my check. It was thousands of dollars short. He argued said it was correct. I endee up contacting ins co, hospital etc. Got all paper work brought it to him and he couldnt understand simple math. Month later he has another check still short. Said he would send me the rest. 4 years latetr still never recieved it. But trying to argue simple math and having him do absolutly nothing, i did his job. What was he needed for. He made 5-6 thousand maybe alot more. Who really knows. Wouldnt recommend to my enemies. Big company, well known firm, yet didnt do nothing, i had to do it and doesnt know simple math. Very bad.
This guys does not really care about you. Impossible to reach him on the phone- does not even have the courtesy to even return a simple phone call after leaving him several messages.
