David Ossian and his team at Berry Law have gone above and beyond for me. They explained the VA claims/appeals process and was very helpful since the beginning in 2019. They respond in a timely manner, with explanations and updates. They were very prompt and assisted me every time there was a new update and/or step. I started seeing a VA psychiatrist for depression and anxiety which I had for many years and had gotten worse. I was diagnosed with PTSD from and event in service from 30 years ago. Through friends and family who are also veterans, I found that I was eligible for disability compensation. I had no idea were to begin. I started looking for help but no one would take my case because of the length of time between the in service event and the diagnosis. By chance I called The Berry Law Firm and spoke to Seth Chambers. He and his assistant Melissa helped guide me through the process of filing claims, getting evidence, seeing doctors, refiling supplemental claims, it was a whole thing. Long story short Seth was able to get me a 50% disability rating. I was surprised and very happy with that, but not Seth. He said I should be at 70%! Plus I should be getting sleep apnea as well! I am very satisfied with these results as I'm sure I will be with future results. I would highly recommend Seth and

I turned to Berry Law firm for representation after trying to get my VA claim increased on my own and failing for over 4 years. I then contacted the Berry Law Firm in there Omaha, NE office. After extensive Internet research comparing the different law firms. I chose Berry Law due to the numerous positive reviews and testimonials. Jamie, and Jazmin were the team members assigned to my case from Berry Law Firm. They were very professional, walked me through the process and insured I was informed of any changes in a timely manner. It only took about a year when I finally received a increase of disability claim to 100% P/T Without Berry Law Firms help I would still be struggling to increase my VA disability claim.
