Evan Stein provided exceptional support and communication throughout my auto injury claim, making sure I was informed in a clear and understandable way. It's great to have someone like that guiding you through such a process. Evan was so attentive and thorough in handling my claim , ensuring that I received maximum compensation. He took care of negotiations effectively, and provided a summary of how much each bill was paid. It clearly showed the benefit. Many of them were paid pennies on the dollar. I was running into brick walls when trying to navigate the VA while trying to obtain benefits that were earned. I knew after many years of trying that I couldn't do this alone and decided I needed some professional help. I had seen many television commercials, radio adds, and social media advertisements and the quantities of the companies and law firms are too many to count. I took a little time to do some research to decide which form would be best for me to use. I decided on Berry Law Firm from Lincoln, Nebraska. I read their reviews, watched their testimonials and thought, "What do I have to lose". I need someone to fight for me that knows how, and my attorney Corrina Bartels knew how to do that. I have to say they made this process easy. Of course, like all I had my share of questions that I am sure they've heard a thousand times. The VA Benefits program is long and complicated. My suggestion is, do not attempt to complete and file yourself, get a professional as I finally did. Now, after about 7 years, I couldn’t have made a better decision. My attorney, Seth Chambers, warned me of the frustration and long road to get to the final decision. He was right, it took years for my original denial. Seth Chambers then filed my appeal on that denial with the VA. But my story ends well, after about 7 years of VA complicated documentation, frustration silence from VA and VA twist and turns, I finally received my final fair Benefit award. With the Berry Law Firm and Seth Chambers, and his assistant Angela Kratzer, I could not be happier. To anyone who is contemplating and deserving of VA benefits, I highly recommend Berry Law Firm and especially Seth Chambers. I liked that it didn't matter that the case was small; we were treated with courtesy and taken seriously. Stein was patient in answering my questions and clarifying the big picture, as this was my first time working with a lawyer on a personal injury case and I initially had some apprehensions.
