I want to thank Jamie Bell and Jazmin Cryer out of the Omaha, NE office for their dedication and hard work on my case. They were successful in increasing my VA disability rating from 10% to 100% P&T. This increase will be a game changer for me and my wife during my retirement years. Working with David Hoeser has been a life-changing experience. My husband needed a good lawyer for his rejected Veterans Disability claim. My daughter and I were in a car accident in July 2023. After finishing physical therapy and treatments that following December, I scheduled an appointment with Rachel. I was injured in freak car accident. Carey accepted my case after other law firms advised I did not have a strong enough case. Carey, being involved in many car accidents felt differently. Myself and two of my daughters had the unfortunate experience of being hit by a speeding pick up truck. Thankfully I took the worst of it out of the three of us. My service was long ago and I didn’t think much about it for many years. While I struggled with numerus physical consequences from the injuries in the service I had no expectation of any benefits available to me from the VA.
