I was extremely apprehensive when it came to hiring an attorney for my accident. So many people in my line of work told me to not do it because of the repercussions of it on my insurance, business and other aspects of my life. I am so grateful for having Carey as my attorney. Krystal Klicko was absolutely amazing. I live in Texas and was having a hard time getting my migranes service connected. I was at such a loss thinking I'd never get the rating I deserve and I was on the VA Benefits web-site and there was an advertisement for Berry Law. I had read some truly horrible stories about shark lawyers and looked into the firm. They had so many heartfelt stories about cases from other veterans. So I called and was asked some questions and was matched with Krystal. She was kind, courteous and listed to everything I had to say. I knew I had rambled but she got the specifics that were necessary. We waited about a year for the review with the appeal. My case was finally decided in my favor. I barely had to do anything. There were a few things that she needed and I got them to her as soon as I could. The process was worry and hassle free. I'm so thankful for Krystal and her team.

I would highly recommend Berry Law Firm for any veteran having issues with the VA. The lawyer and legal assistant assigned to my case were amazing. Great communication, I would send an email with questions. Then receive an answer either the same day or the next day. They have made the last two years way easier on me by handling things. As long as you do what they ask and fill out the paperwork you are sent. They take care of the rest.

We choose Berry Law as a result of fighting my uncles case for 8 years. We were at a dead end until I contacted them and they were the only law firm who took my uncles case. I presented him with every piece of paper denials, appeals etc and he 2 years later my uncle has been awarded his percentage. All I ever wanted was someone to fight for me and show the VA how disruptive my service connected disabilities were to my life.
