After my car accident I thought everything would be taken care of by the other insurance company since the accident was not my fault. It became apparent after weeks of not getting a straight answer or not being able to talk to the person who was assigned to my case (who happened to be from a different time zone) as well as being transferred to call centers outside of the US that I needed to sit down with an attorney. They are pitbulls in disguise. They will not quit until they get you want you want. I would reccomend them to any service member that has filed a claim and was unsuccessful. My husband is a Vietnam Veteran and has a variety of illnesses relating to exposure to Agent Orange. Prior to being recommend to Samantha Robb, we applied for disability compensation and found the process a bit overwhelming. We made a few mistakes along the way (forgot to sign one form) and that only lengthen the time for our paperwork to be processed.
