I started my compensation claims with the VA in late 2012. I struggled for years (about 10-12) with the VA on my own and had reached a point of acceptance on where I was, I could just live with the conditions I have and get by. My oldest stepson was in the same boat, and he was the one that discovered Berry Law, and they helped him win his battle with the VA and were able to get him to a 100% disability rating. My stepson encouraged me to contact Berry Law and see if they could help me. I contacted Berry Law in Omaha NE, and within hours of submitting an inquiry I was contacted and sent some documents to fill out. Within a day or two Matthew Bartling contacted me with a proposal that laid out the “marathon” course we were about to depart on. I still remember Matthew telling me this was going to be a marathon and not a sprint. Every step of the way, Matthew kept me informed of what to expect and his calm, confident demeanor was comforting to hear when the first round of submission

I contacted the law offices of Berry Law and set up an appointment with Evan Stein to review the details of a motorcycle accident in the spring of 2024. He immediately set my mind at ease as he let me know they would take full control of everything relating to my medical bills and dealing with the insurance companies while I concentrated on working with doctors and rehab specialists on healing the many injuries I sustained. He kept a fully open line of communication with me through the entire process, even checking in with me from time to time without any prompting from me. I was able to fully concentrate on getting my life back, and we worked to settle my claim in a very reasonable time. I highly recommend Evan to anyone looking for help handling an accident or personal injury claim.
